General conditions of sale of Gites les Tournesols
Before your arrival
Your contract is accepted online on our Channel Manager Xotelia.
Animals. Sorry, but we do not accept pets.
In case of cancellation
Up to 15 days before your arrival, your entire reservation will be returned to you.
If the cancellation of your stay takes place less than 15 days before your arrival, we keep the price of the service up to 50%
1 day (4 pm the day before your arrival) the entire reservation is due.
Your arrival is from 4:00 p.m. and your departure no later than 10:00 a.m.
The owners are released from all responsibilities in the event of an accident.
The rental price will include water, electricity and very complete linen (bed and bathroom linen).
During your stay
Use of the premises. The client must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination.
